Fogged In 06:56
New Wings 06:07

Fractals & Fragments is more of a reflection, than a collection. Some of these tracks have appeared elsewhere, some are just surfacing after a long hibernation. I have always been taken with the idea of the Guitar-as-Orchestra, and several of the tracks here reflect that approach. Some of the pieces are finished works, like Subject To Change, New Wings and The Star Wormwood. Fogged In and Reverse Thrust are experiments that never seemed quite complete, but couldn't bring myself to abandon them. Hall Of Winds was an experiment in using the Guitar to mimic the sound and technique of other instruments. Fractals & Fragments gathers all these random tracks together in one place, as I move into the new year with new work.

As always, my thanks to Adrian Elmer, of 4-4-2 Music, who did the cover art, and mastered this album, as well.

Much love and many thanks to my wife Anna, who puts up with the madness.

And, of course, my thanks to everyone who listens.
